Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within the same day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over AED 100 within Dubai. For orders under AED 100, we charge AED 15 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9 am to 3 pm every day. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
As of now we are not doing international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within the stipulated time, please contact us at support@dhanyaa.ae or you can reach us on 04-3556557 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds and Returns Policy
You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 24 hours of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 24 hours or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return,within 3 working days we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
